I bought several of these to give as gifts and they will be well received as they always have been in the past. People love them.

Frequently asked questions
How did Baabaazuzu get its name?
Baabaa is a sheep reference, and Zuzu is the owner and design originator, Sue Burns' nickname.
Where does Baabaazuzu get the wool?
We purchase by the ton what post-consumer companies like Goodwill Industries cannot sell. We salvage wool from all across the country, keeping about 3,000 pounds of textiles out of the landfills each month.
Would you take my sweater or suit coat and turn it into one of your items?
Yes! we would be happy to take one of your treasured sweaters and upcycle it into something that you love and can wear once again.
Custom and personalized orders
1. Spot cleaning
Wool is naturally stain resistant as you may have noticed, water and other liquids simply bead up and roll off. A stiff bristled brush can take care of a lot of stains. We love the old fashioned Goody brushes for this and they are great for removing pills on knits.
2. Machine washable
All Baabaazuzu apparel and accessories that are fleece lined or trimmed cannot be dry cleaned. These items must be hand washed with a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry. Use your iron on the hottest setting to reshape.
3. Dry cleaning
Baabaazuzu apparel and accessories that aren't fleece lined can be dry cleaned. We recommend this method of cleaning with our jackets and vests.
Return Policy
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from ship date. Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Credits cannot be issued for merchandise damaged or not delivered to our facility. Please allow up to 10 days for Baabaazuzu to process your refund.
What are One of a Kind products?
When you shop our One of a Kind pieces, you will receive the exact design pictured. Once it's gone, it's no longer available. When you shop our CHOOSE your COLORWAY pieces, you select a color, and we'll send you a product that will be as beautiful and in a similar arrangement of color, texture and detail as the listing photo – however it will not be identical.
